We approach each assessment in a similar manner to ensure that
each of our clients receive the appropriate support to meet their
needs. We are also flexible in our approach to clients needs in
providing individuals or a team of dedicated experts in a full range
of projects. Our staff regularly perform "upward reviews" of the
performance and progress on each project. This approach has proved
to be valuable to both our clients and our company on the progress
and the direction undertaken during the assignments.
These operating procedures are currently undergoing a process
to achieve quality assurance certification in accordance with AS/NZS
ISO 9001:1994.
The business also maintains and continuously develops an extensive
library of proven "world's best" practice procedures, methodologies
and templates, all designed to provide the best management services
possible to our clients in a cost effective manner.

as project auditing or due diligence assessments

as providing management representation on a steering committee
on behalf of a Client.
